This is very good Mexican food! I've always picked up and haven't eaten in, but this small restaurant is very warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our mainstays are: Bean and cheese burrito: creamy and delicious! Vegetable burrito: rice beans and grilled veggies! Excellent taste and good sized. Steak tacos: crispy taco and tender meat! Cheese quesadilla: I always order a quesadilla from restaurants and this one is very good. The cheese blend is plentiful and tasty. Nit oily! Breakfast burrito: tender eggs and very tasty! Chili relleno: the best I've had! The salsas are plentiful and all very good. My favorite is the spicy avocado! Please give it a try! All are very good.

A repeat worthy casual and fair priced Mexican spot in Sawtelle. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was and being that I live very close to this location I will certainly be back many times in the future. They don't have a parking lot but street parking is pretty easy to find in this part of town depending on the time. It's very small on the inside and really set up for to go. They do have a few tables inside, but they are very close together and you can tell it's designed as a grab and go. They have a fairly large menu with all of the Mexican classics on it. The staff was also very polite and all of our items were ready quickly. One of the first things I wanted to try was their fish taco. Being from San Diego and growing up there and moving to LA in early 2020 I am especially qualified to judge fish tacos and felt this one was pretty good for Los Angeles. I still have yet to find a great fish taco up here in LA but would consider this one one of the good ones. We also ordered the Carne Asada plate and the Carne Asada fries. The Carne Asada on both was very good and seasoned perfectly and all the sides that came with hit the spot as well. They pretty much had all the same flavors that I grew up eating so I really finished my plate. Overall a solid grab and go Mexican spot in Sawtelle. I would recommend to anyone searching for a good and cheap Mexican meal.

this is one of the better carne asada fry places in LA. I haven't tried anything else there. I went at 8:30 on a Monday night and found parking pretty easily. Service was pretty fast! It's a pretty small place to dine in, so I would recommend take out!

This was our dinner choice that we chose during our stay close to the area. This was actually a food delivery order so we did not really get to visit the location. But overall with the presentation, and the way that the food was prepared and packaged was successful. we enjoyed both meals. They both had a lot of flavor and not stingy with their portions. Being that we ordered a food delivery and they were closing soon we felt that we still received our order in a timely manner and in a fashionably way. Without any discrepancies. Maybe next time when we were in the area we can actually visit the location. One order was the quesadillas and then we had a side of beans and rice and the other order was Asada fries.

I would have given 5 stars because the food was great but I'm pretty sure I was charged incorrectly now that I am home. I ordered a hard shell potato taco, a bean and cheese burrito (added cilantro and onion inside- try it, you'll like it!) and a large drink. As you can see from the menu, my total should have been $16.25 before tax but I was charged $19.69 total. The maximum LA county sales tax is 10.25% so I'm not sure why I was charged an extra $1.77?Maybe it was for adding cilantro and onion to my burrito? I wasn't told there was an extra charge for that. It might have been a minor error but it's something I noticed and doesn't feel great. The potato taco was crispy and flavorful. It came with a side of fresh tortilla chips which were also good. I ate the taco inside the restaurant because I didn't want it to get soggy by the time I got home. The burrito was amazing!! It was exactly how I wanted it. It also came with a bag of tortilla chips. They have a salsa bar inside. They were out of the avocado sauce but I asked the gentleman behind the register if they had anymore and he brought me some. This is the best sauce they have, really tasty. I tried the hot sauce and the green sauce as well - not much flavor and not spicy at all even the hot one. They also have pickled onions, jalapeños and carrots at the salsa bar. Not spicy either so that was a bummer for me. They have fountain drinks and also bottled drinks. One thing I always appreciate is when a place has good quality napkins. Some places have thin see through napkins and you have to use so many. This place had high quality napkins like the Vanity Fair fancy napkins so that was a nice touch. Small things matter, lol. Parking is mostly street parking both 1 hour and 2 hour metered parking. There's also a lot behind the restaurant. I came on a Sunday so I was able to do street parking without paying. This place is tiny but they have indoor and outdoor seating so you have options! Overall, the food is great but just be mindful of what they charge you!
